Sana myers

Sana resides in Winston Salem, North Carolina, with her husband Josh and daughters; Ally, Falen and Raelynn and sons, Alex, Austin, Christopher and Dawson. Sana’s passion is serving the youth in her sphere of influence; she has a beautiful testimony that touches teens and adults alike.In the past she was a member of the gospel group, Called to Praise. She and Josh were married in 2020 and combined their family and continuously seek God’s guidance in teaching their children in the ways of God. Sana has followed in her mother’s and grandmother’s footsteps in the kitchen but enjoys the baking side of culinary arts. Her pound cake is always the first dessert to disappear at family dinners.Currently she is a preschool teacher and full-time student and mom. Sana’s clear angelic soprano voice lends strength to the group and her natural talent for harmonizing, allows Shepherd’s Voice to sing from various musical genre.

Born in Charlotte N.C. July 16, 1961, Joel became a Christian at the age of 7 under the leadership, guidance, andprayer of strong Christian Parents.Joel’s love for Southern Gospel music began at a very young age. Some of Joel’s fondest childhood memoriesinclude riding with his father, Joe, listening to and singing along with the old gospel songs.Joel grew up in a family whose DNA included southern gospel music. At the age of 16, while living in Lawrenceburg,KY, his family formed The Roberts Family, a gospel group made up of Joel, his father Joe, mother Hilda, two brothers,and sister.At 17, Joel formed the Lawrenceburg Quartet along with three others from his high school. They sang throughout thestate of Kentucky and ministered to inmates in the prison system. Joel continued singing in 1993 with The HickoryGrove Quartet of Charlotte, NC. In 1997, Joel joined the Kensmen Quartet. Most recently, Joel sang with Molded ClayQuartet, where he served from 2016 – 2026.We look forward to seeing what God will use Joel with Shephards Voice.Joel resides in Advance NC and is blessed to be married 33 years to his beautiful wife, Jackie Roberts. They have 3wonderful daughters; Beth, Lindsay, and Savannah, and 4 grandchildren; Devin, Noah, Mason, and Henry. Hecurrently attends Dutchman Creek Baptist Church in Mocksville, NC.Shephards Voice is blessed to have Joel ministering with us and we’re praying for many years together!

My Testimony Through Song
I was born on April 22, 1966, the eighth of nine children. From as far back as I can remember, singing has been a part of my life. Growing up in a large family, music was something we shared together, and I was blessed to have the opportunity to sing with my family from a young age.As the years went by, God continued to open doors for me to use my voice. I sang with the Middle Cross Quartet and later with various friends and groups. For five years, I had the privilege of singing tenor with The Carolina Boys. Those years brought many wonderful memories, friendships, and opportunities to share the Gospel through song.In 2021, I took a break from singing with a group. During that time, I continued singing as a soloist, and God continued working in my heart and in my voice. I believe that every season has a purpose, even when we don't always understand what God is preparing us for.I have also been blessed with the opportunity to continue developing the gift God has given me through vocal lessons at Maryville Music Academy, with Jerry Martin as my vocal coach. I am grateful for his guidance and for the opportunity to keep learning and growing.Today, I don't want to sing simply to be heard. My desire is to use the voice God gave me to glorify Him, encourage others, and share the message of Jesus Christ.I am now looking forward to this next chapter and to being used by God as He allows me to sing with Shepherd's Voice. I don't know where this journey will lead, but I know Who is leading it. My prayer is that every song I sing will point people to Him and be a testimony of His goodness, grace, and faithfulness.
